Shengu develops an integrated milling three-component closed impeller

Recently, the Shenyang Blower Group Turbine R&D Center has successfully developed the first integrated three-component closed impeller in China. This achievement is a major revolution in the processing technology of compressor impellers, and the technology has reached the world's leading level, bringing great changes to the process flow and production methods of the impeller processing.

At present, the Shengu ternary impeller is divided into a linear element ternary impeller and a point element arbitrarily curved ternary impeller, and the two ternary impellers are structurally divided into open impellers and closed impellers. In the past, all of these impellers were produced using a welding process. After a new milling process was applied to the entire impeller, the processing flow was greatly shortened, and the number of processes was reduced by more than half compared to the past, and the processing time was also less than 1/2 of the previous one. In addition, compared with the welding impeller, the integrated milling and machining impeller also has the technical advantages of saving the blank material, reducing the processing steps, completely avoiding thermal deformation, high connection strength, and high corrosion resistance.
