After nearly 30 years of development, the ordinary flat CNC cutting machine has become a regular product of Harbin Electric. At the same time, due to the production needs of Harbin Electric Machinery Factory, Harbin Electric is a large-scale CNC cutting machine. In the production and use of CNC cutting machines for many years, it has gradually developed into a larger field of use. The following is a brief introduction to the manufacture and application of three special CNC cutting machines.

Therefore, the development and production of the infinitely rotating three-cutting torch CNC cutting machine is also an inevitable requirement of the development of the times.

1. Infinitely-rotating three-cutting CNC cutting machine manufacturing difficulties Infinitely rotating three-cutting CNC cutting machine, CNC system (CNC) must have 5-axis control linkage. The X, 7, and Z three-axis linkage realizes the geometric shape cutting in the two-dimensional plane; the A-axis realizes the rotation control of the infinite-rotation three-cutting torch; the B-axis realizes the variable bevel swinging angle control of the cutting torch. In the past, these models were monopolized by foreign production companies, and no manufacturer in China can manufacture them. The manufacturing difficulties are concentrated in two aspects: one is the manufacture of infinitely rotating sealing body; the other is the development and design of five-axis linkage interpolation program.

The manufacture of the infinitely slewing seal is difficult to manufacture because the body is required to achieve a sliding seal. The static friction coefficient and the sliding friction coefficient of the contact surface between the sealing material and the rotating body must be very similar, so that the static sealing and the sliding sealing effect are consistent, and the gas leakage during the cutting process is ensured.

Otherwise the cutting machine will be in a very dangerous working condition, which is absolutely not allowed in the working environment. After theoretical analysis and research, our factory selected several materials for comparison. Through hundreds of trial and error tests, and under high pressure conditions, an ideal rubber material with appropriate S2 is finally obtained. The material properties fully meet the above design requirements.

After successfully solving the manufacturing problem of the rotary body, another problem has become the focus of the machine. In the past, the numerical control system (CNC) rarely had a 5-axis linkage compensation control program, and to realize the 5-axis linkage, it was necessary to re-develop the control software of the numerical control system. In the past year, a complete set of five-axis linkage infinite rotary three-cutting torch CNC cutting machine control software was designed and developed by Harbin technicians. In more than two years, the software design and hardware manufacturing were completed, and many actual workpieces were tested and the actual results were very satisfactory.

Second, HEC cylinder intersecting line CNC cutting machine manufacturing and application In many welding parts of all walks of life, in addition to flat sheet, there are many three-dimensional components, cylinder is one of the important components. The offshore oil platform has a supporting part which is welded by metal round pipes of various diameters. Such components are more common in petrochemical plants, and we refer to these cylinders as cylinders. The connection between the cylinder and the cylinder is a coherent way, that is, the intersection of one cylinder and the other cylinder forms a space saddle-shaped trajectory, which we call the intersecting line. The intersecting wire welding groove is cut on the end of the branch pipe (relatively small diameter) and the main pipe (relatively large diameter), and then the butt welding can be performed to realize the barrel welding.

In the past, such intersecting lines and bevels were prepared in advance, and then attached to the cylinder to draw lines, and finally cut by hand. This method is obviously backward and has a great influence on the quality of welding. Especially for some high pressure vessels, the inner wall is not allowed to have a peak structure.

In operation, the rotary clamping mechanism controlled by the A-axis clamps one end of the cylinder, and the entire cylinder is placed on a movable support frame that can move longitudinally and can slide laterally to support cylinders of different diameters. In this way, the main torch controlled by the X, Z, and B axes is interlocked with the rotating cylinder of the A-axis to cut an ellipse on the cylinder surface of the cylinder. This is a three-dimensional saddle-shaped curve cut on the mother tube, and the welding groove is opened while cutting. In contrast, branch pipe cutting is done at the end of the pipe. Similarly, the branch pipe is placed in the same way as the main pipe. The A-axis control mechanism clamps the end of the pipe branch, and the cutting position of the torch is moved to the end of the pipe branch. In the cutting work, the combined interpolation trajectories of the four axes of X, Y, Z, and A are the same as those of the parent tube. However, the direction of the torch angle controlled by the B-axis is exactly perpendicular to the swing angle of the cutting of the parent tube, that is, 90° complementary. Thus, when the mother tube and the branch tube are respectively cut, the cutting end of the branch tube will form a strictly matching butt weld with the cutting hole of the mother tube.

At present, this HEC cylinder intersecting line CNC cutting machine has been widely used in petrochemical, electric power manufacturing and other industries. The diameter of the cuttable pipe is 00~l400mm, and the branch pipe and the parent pipe can intersect at any angle.

When the operation is performed, only the operator gives the diameters and intersecting angles of the two cylinders, and the automatic cutting can be realized. Cutting surface roughness ia up to 12.5fm! . This product has completely replaced imported products, filling the domestic gap, and ending the monopoly of foreign companies on such products.

This machine is designed for large-scale forgings of heavy machinery manufacturers, and needs to be trimmed at the end. The previous cutting method was to use a large hydraulic press at the front edge value of 20,000 yuan, and the maximum cutting of 2 forgings was to change the cutting edge, which was a waste of waste. Moreover, the incision is not flat, and the balance between the two ends is large. The large-thickness CNC cutting machine commissioned by Tianjin Heavy Machinery Factory uses propane gas as cutting gas to cut forgings with a thickness of 1.2m. The advantages are as follows: the quality of both ends of the forging is improved, and the machining allowance is reduced.

Difficulties in the manufacture of large-thickness torches In the past, the thickness of the plate to be cut was not more than 200 mm, and the thickness of the hot forging was 1200 mm, so the manufacture of the torch was also beyond the conventional. This cutting torch was completed as an independent production component in nearly half a year. In order to cooperate with the cutting torch, the gas path of the whole machine is also specially designed. Its air supply capacity fully meets the cutting needs. After nearly a year of research and development, the large-diameter CNC cutting machine was successfully manufactured.

At present, almost all large forging production plants in foreign countries use this cutting method, and the same industry in China will continue to deploy such large-thickness CNC cutting machines in the future, completely changing the backward production process.
