The RQLB40+20 regenerative device has the following features:
First, the production capacity: 40t / h original unit + 20t / h regenerator combination, the proportion of recycled materials added ≥ 1:1 ratio, the productivity can reach 40t / h, if only the production of raw material productivity is 40t / h ;
Second, the regenerative old material heating form: the furnace body is placed under the drum feed port, after two turns of the flame does not enter the reclaimed material drying drum, to ensure that the re-material does not touch the open flame, the old material asphalt does not age, and the high temperature gas Monitoring, renewable material temperature 120-160 ° C adjustable;
Third, the form of recycled material drum blade: the roller blade adopts the movable chain as the blade. When the roller rotates, the blade moves with it to ensure that the regeneration of the curtain is replaced by the enamel plating.
4. Metering of regenerant: The equipment is equipped with a regenerator heating barrel. The regenerant is electronically weighed and measured accurately. After the metering, high-pressure atomization and spraying are used to make the regenerant regenerate the old material more fully and uniformly.
5. Secondary combustion of regenerative tail gas: secondary combustion of harmful gases generated after heating the recycled materials, greatly reducing air pollution and damage to the human body;
Sixth, the recycling of old materials metering system: add a grid to the reclaimed material silo, and install a vibrator, the silo is not easy to block the material. The metering is measured by the US Toledo sensor, and the data is accurate;
VII. First-stage dust removal method: The first-stage dust removal adopts multi-tube cyclone dust removal, and can be automatically cleaned. The equipment is equipped with a mineral powder addition metering device, which can automatically recycle the primary dust removal mineral powder, or add new ones at the same time. Mineral powder.
Eight, the mainframe structure: the original unit and the regenerative unit can be connected into one transport and can also be divided into two transports, and the shift is convenient and safe.
Nine, the original grade matching machine: the use of PZ50 level machine, the material storage capacity is larger, the feeding speed is fast, and the 30 type loader or 40, 50 loader can be used for feeding, the mineral material is not mixed, ensuring the accuracy of the grading.
Control system: control system sub-operation cabinet (weak electric cabinet, safety voltage is within 36V), executive cabinet (strong electric cabinet, voltage is 220V and 380V), improve equipment safety, maintenance is more convenient, avoid strong electricity to the operating cabinet Interference and accuracy, the touch screen uses a 10-inch large screen. The unique regenerative mixing process ensures that the regeneration and regenerant are thoroughly mixed to ensure the finished product quality.

Gear Hobbing

Hobbing uses a hobbing machine with two skew spindles, one mounted with a blank workpiece and the other with the hob. The angle between the hob's spindle (axis) and the workpiece's spindle varies, depending on the type of product being produced. For example, if a spur gear is being produced, then the hob is angled equal to the lead angle of the hob; if a helical gear is being produced then the angle must be increased by the same amount as the helix angle of the helical gear. The hobbing features for gears are straight, helical, straight bevel, face, crowned, worm, cylkro and chamfering. The two shafts are rotated at a proportional ratio, which determines the number of teeth on the blank; for example, for a single-threaded hob if the gear ratio is 40:1 the hob rotates 40 times to each turn of the blank, which produces 40 teeth in the blank. If the hob has multiple threads the speed ratio must be multiplied by the number of threads on the hob. The hob is then fed up into the workpiece until the correct tooth depth is obtained. Finally the hob is fed through the workpiece parallel to the blank's axis of rotation.
Often, during mass production multiple blanks are stacked using a suitable fixture, then cut in one operation.
For very large gears the blank can be gashed to the rough shape first to make hobbing easier.
