Thermocouple thermoelectric potential and temperature of the corresponding relationship in a table called the thermocouple index table. Normally, when we test or measure a temperature instrument thermocouple, the power meter measures the thermoelectric value of the thermocouple (bucket V) instead of the temperature (°C). This requires converting the measured thermoelectric value into a temperature value, which is what the thermocouple index table does.

The thermocouple index table is mainly used to convert the measured electromotive force to the corresponding measured temperature, and can in turn convert the temperature to the thermoelectric potential of the corresponding thermocouple.

The national standard GB/T 16839.1 “Thermocouple Part 1: Index Table” provides eight kinds of standardized thermocouple indexing tables. They are:

3, platinum crucible 30 a platinum crucible 6 (B type);.

4, iron-copper and nickel (J type);

5. Copper-nickel-copper (T-type);

6, nickel-chromium-copper-nickel (E type);

7, nickel-chromium-nickel-aluminum (K-type);

8, nickel chromium silicon nickel silicon (N type).

2. £ in the table. /°C refers to the 1990 international temperature scale, and the temperature unit is c.

3. In the table, E/bucket V means that the unit of thermoelectric power (E) is bucket V.
