Ma Chunji pointed out that we must correctly understand and evaluate the quality work in 2011 and further clarify the mission objectives of the 2012 quality and efficiency year. He said that through the second pioneering work in 2011, we have achieved certain results. The biggest gain is that all units, especially manufacturing units, have noticeably improved their understanding of quality. They also understand the essence of "products are the life of a company and quality is the life of a product." The concept that "quality is the top priority for manufacturing units" has begun to take root. There emerged a large number of advanced units and advanced individuals who really valued product quality and made great efforts to improve quality. From the perspective of the group company as a whole, after the efforts of the past year, our quality improvement work has indeed made great progress, mainly in:
First, basically complete the main quality indicators. The group’s bicycle sales quality claim amount decreased by 14% as a whole, completing the target requirement of a 12% drop; the number of single-vehicle after-sales services decreased by 27.56%, and completed the target requirement of a 10% drop.
Second, the manufacturing company conducts a comprehensive review of the conformity of existing products, and checks the gap between Mantech's technical product standards to improve the conformity, consistency, and applicability of product quality. 127 quality doors have been established, 295 high-quality “goalkeepers” have been selected, 112 quality responsibility engineers have been established, and the on-site management level has improved significantly.
The third is to improve the "after-sales service spare parts pass through" system, improve the accuracy of "after-sales service processing orders", and provide more systematic and accurate data for quality assessment and quality improvement.
Fourthly, a two-level management platform for the quality improvement of the group companies and the second-tier units has been initially established, and the quality improvement of all units has been unprecedentedly improved. A total of 78 items of quality improvement projects at the group level were established, 45 were improved, 322 items of secondary units were improved in quality, and 267 were improved. The “One Conference” system was basically established and began to produce good results.
