The use of three-screw pump

The use of three-screw pump precautions:

(1) Pump suction. The discharge pipe diameter must not be smaller than the inlet and outlet ports of the pump. The inlet pipe line should be short and reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbow, etc.). The pump installation height should ensure that the pump does not exceed the allowable suction during operation. Upper vacuum height.

(2) The pipe should have a pipe frame, and the pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipe.

(3) Inhalation before installation. The discharge piping should be cleaned up, especially the welding slag in the suction piping must be completely removed so as not to enter the pump.

(4) Pump inlet and outlet are connected with vacuum and pressure gauge to observe the working status of the pump (5) The suction pipeline should be equipped with a filter with a filter mesh of 40-80 mesh. The effective filter area should be larger than the pump suction inlet diameter. 20-30 times..

(6) If there are more than two pumps in parallel on the same pipeline, a check valve must be installed at the pump outlet to ensure the normal operation of the pump.

(7) Place the unit on the foundation of buried anchor bolts, and tighten the anchor bolts after correcting.

(8) The location where the pump is installed should be spacious. It is convenient for maintenance.

(9)Connect the coupling after connecting the pipe and determining the direction of rotation of the motor. The coaxial tolerance of the coupling is 0.1mm, and the tolerance of the clearance between the two couplings is 2mm.

(10) After the unit has been running for 3-4 hours, it will make a final inspection. If there is no adverse effect, the installation is considered to be qualified.

(11) Import and export pipelines connected to the pump, the flange must be clean, no impurities, residual welding slag inside the pipe.
