When asked about the sales of the recommended models, dealers in many regions expressed that it was not clear that there was a “recommended model”. It has been more than two months since the introduction of the recommended model, but from the current market reaction, the market effect it produces is not obvious. Although the Ministry of Communications issued a series of preferential policies, it is clear that truck users do not feel bad about it. Why is this? As truck users, trucks are the tools to make money. They are the most economical, heavy, and convenient. It is correct for government agencies to publish recommended models to consider the long-term healthy development of China's truck market. However, judging from the current interests of the users, the implementation of policies and regulations in earnest and thoroughly will probably be the first thing the government should do.
