The participating experts listened attentively to the report of the project completion unit, reviewed, questioned and discussed the evaluation materials respectively, and obtained all-round evaluation opinions: the provided materials are complete and meet the evaluation requirements; the main innovation points and characteristics of the project are as follows: In the process of wastewater treatment, the application of sedimentation and air flotation process combined with the new and highly efficient precipitant developed by ourselves, the quality of effluent reaches the national standard. After being tested in line with the GB21900-2008 standard for electroplating wastewater discharge, it has the capability of deeply removing toxic and harmful substances such as heavy metals in the treatment of electroplating waste water. The technology of this project has been applied in many electroplating factories in Kaiping and Taishan, which reflects well. The project has independent intellectual property rights and has obtained two national invention patents. Evaluation Committee experts agreed that the project technology in the use of new water purification agent for electroplating wastewater treatment reached the leading domestic level.
