The reporter learned that this billboard is located in the middle of the city’s Lotte Street and Cross of Qianjin Road. The original area is a garden. In the old days, the vehicles will detour around the direction signs. After the demolition of the garden, the traffic police will add a sign next to the detour. The traffic lights indicate that they must follow the combination of the traffic light and the signage, otherwise it is a violation. In fact, some of the passing vehicles follow the detour signs, and some follow the traffic lights so that the traffic here is more chaotic everyday.

On the afternoon of the 19th, the owner of the billboard said that it used to be a garden. The billboard was built in 2009 when he invested more than RMB 1.2 million.
