1. Preparation before use

(1) Insert the conductive rod into the ground to make it "grounded". If the ground is dry, it can be boiled to make it moist, ensuring good grounding. Check the ground chain to make contact with the ground.

(2) Open the tanker control box door and check the valve handles to make contact with the ground.

(3) When using the oil pump for the first time, if there is no oil in the pump, it should be pre-oiled, and 10 liters of oil can be added through the oil inlet.

(4) Check the lubricant oil level in the gearbox to the lower edge of the oil plug hole. If not, add gear oil.

(5) Check the transmission control lever to a neutral position, check the position of the power take-off handle, and make it horizontally to the right, so that it is horizontal to the right position, check the throttle controller to make it minimum.

2. Operation of oil pump and power take-off

(1) Start the connection with the relevant pipeline, start the engine, when the original car pressure gauge reading reaches 0.3Mpa, step on the clutch pedal, open the power take-off box operation switch, slowly loosening the clutch (too fast will damage the power takeoff and gearbox) , make it stop.

Through the throttle controller, the operating speed of the oil pump can be controlled.

(2) Stop propelling the throttle controller and adjust it to the minimum. Step on the clutch pedal and turn the power take-off control switch back to the original position to make the power take off box.

3, after the use of inspection

(1) Check if the power take-off control switch is returned and check whether the throttle controller is at the minimum position.

(2) Check the position of the valve handles, all closed.

(3) Close the control cabinet door.

(4) Retract the rod and fix it in place.

(5) Control of the oil system.
