Anguang has made progress in new technology of lidar for haze weather detection
[ Instrument Network Instrument R & D ] Recently, a new haze weather detection lidar technology developed by Deputy Researcher Wang Zhenzhu of the Institute of Atmospheric Optics of Anguang Institute has been effectively used in the vertical distribution detection of near-surface haze. "Scattering Lidar Detection of Haze Weather Aerosol Technology and Its Inversion Method" was published in the American Geophysical Society (AGU) academic journal Earth and Space Science.
Comparative verification results
Cases of Outfield Haze Detection Test
Haze is the result of interaction between specific climatic conditions and human activities. The economic and social activities of high-density population will inevitably cause a large amount of fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) emissions. Once the emissions exceed the atmospheric circulation capacity and carrying capacity, the fine particulate matter concentration will continue to accumulate, coupled with the effects of static and stable weather, it is easy to cause large Haze over the range. The frequent occurrence of smog weather makes the health impact of urban air pollution one of the most concerned by the public. A thorough study of the formation mechanism of smog will provide an important basis for further governance.
Lidar is an advanced technology for high-resolution detection of haze weather. The research and development team has made new progress in the research of lidar technology based on dual CCD and continuous laser. The feasibility of this technology for the detection of vertical distribution of near-surface fog and haze was verified, and its new data inversion algorithm was demonstrated to meet the application needs in the fields of meteorology, environmental protection and health.
