On February 23, 2011, at the request of Tufail Chemical Industries Limited, Pakistan initiated an anti-dumping investigation against 85% or more formic acid originating in China and Korea. The product code involved in the customs code is 2915.1100. This is the first Pakistani anti-dumping investigation in China in 2011. The dumping investigation period for this case was from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. The damage investigation period was from October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2010.
