The plan proposes five major tasks of implementing energy-saving and new-energy vehicle technology innovation projects, scientific planning industry layout, accelerating the application and pilot demonstration, actively promoting the construction of charging facilities, strengthening the utilization of power battery cascades and recycling management, and proposes a perfect standard system and access.
