A metal bucket is a container made of metal, typically steel or
aluminum, used for carrying or storing various materials. It is commonly
used for holding water, ice, or other liquids, as well as for carrying
tools or other small items. Metal buckets are often used in industrial
settings, such as construction sites, factories, and farms, but can also
be found in households for gardening or cleaning purposes. They come in
various sizes and shapes, with or without handles, and can be painted
or decorated for aesthetic purposes. Metal buckets are durable,
long-lasting, and easy to clean, making them a popular choice for a wide
range of applications. Metal Buckets & Pails,Metal Bucket,Metal Pail,Large Metal Pail Suzhou Innovation Packaging Materials Co., Ltd , https://www.pailworld.com
Parking lot system license plate automatic identification camera troubleshooting guide
Parking lot system license plate automatic identification camera troubleshooting guide
With the continuous application of the parking lot license plate recognition system, the license plate automatic recognition camera is the most important equipment of the license plate recognition system. The stable and reliable operation is related to the whole system. Then, when the parking lot system license plate automatic recognition camera fails, what should we do? Going to check it out?
First, the parking lot system network topology connection method primary troubleshooting
1. The customer finds the fault by directly connecting the camera to the computer: If the ping command cannot be pinged through the computer, please check if it is on the same network segment? Is there a conflict between the computer IP address and the device IP?
2. The customer finds the fault through the license plate automatic identification system switch and the camera: Please check whether there is any IP address conflict between the devices in the network, or check whether the network is in a network storm, causing the switch to occupy more network bandwidth. When there are multiple devices in the switch network, disconnect other unnecessary devices and let the camera work in a relatively clean network environment.
3. The license plate recognition system finds the fault through the user's computer router and the camera: Please check whether the router has wireless function, and whether the wireless device's DHCP IP address conflicts with the device. Or please check if the user's computer and device are in the LAN port (that is, on the same network segment). When the camera is connected to the router or the switch has a problem, we usually recommend that the client connect the camera directly to the computer test.
Second, the license plate identification system network cable troubleshooting
1. Specifications for the network cable: We recommend twisted pair cables of Category 5 and above (that is, Super Category 5 and Category 6 are applicable). In order to ensure good signal quality, shielded twisted pair is selected.
2. The length of the network cable connecting the camera to the camera charging system: The maximum length of the network cable should not exceed 100 meters (according to the international Ethernet transmission standard). If it exceeds 100 meters, we recommend increasing the transmission mode of the switch relay or replacing the optical fiber.
3. Network cable quality problem: Is there any break in the middle of the network cable? Is the cable head disconnected at the junction of the crystal head? In the event of a network failure, we recommend replacing the cable with a problem at the point of failure and trying again.
Third, the parking lot management system license plate recognition camera equipment power supply inspection
1. Does the parking system use our power supply? What is the voltage after the device is turned on? If there are test conditions, please test it (indicator: 12V ± 5%)
2. If the customer uses the power supply configured by himself, what is the customer's power supply specification? (Voltage must meet 12V ± 5%, current needs ≥ 2A)
If the customer's self-selected power supply exceeds 2A, for example, the customer uses a 12V/5A power supply to supply power to our equipment, but at the same time the power supply to other customers' equipment. Before disconnecting the problem, please disconnect all the other load devices (except our camera device)
