China United Heavy Research Institute successfully tested the platform of large inertia hoisting institutions


On the afternoon of February 28, 2008, with the completion of another high tower in Zoomlion Science and Technology Park, it marked a solid step forward for Zoomlion's national technology center. As a test platform of the National Key Laboratory Integrated Transmission Laboratory, the test tower will play an important role in the research of common technology of large inertia hoisting institutions.

In order to overcome the technical problem that the current industry-recognized main hoisting wire rope has a short life span, Zoomlion National Technology Center established a technical research project team in 2007. After more than half a year of technical research, the team finally succeeded in developing a test tower for large inertia hoisting mechanisms.

The successful construction of the new test tower is more than 50 meters, and the maximum test weight of the single rope is more than 20 tons, which can meet the experimental research needs of the main hoisting mechanism of most of the company's current products. The test platform detects and verifies the performance of the large inertia hoisting mechanism system by testing the large inertia hoisting mechanism system under the actual working conditions of the simulated construction machine, and seeks the best solution to solve various problems and improve system performance.

The test platform adopts modular design and can be flexibly combined according to the test object. For example, the hoisting mechanism can adopt various modes such as electric-mechanical drive and full hydraulic drive, as well as electro-hydraulic proportional and frequency conversion. The platform adopts PLC intelligentization. The control system is controlled by the full Chinese large-screen color LCD touch screen. The system test cycle is automatically recorded. It has multi-layer security protection and sound and light alarm function, which makes the operation of the whole test platform more light and flexible, and the work is more stable and reliable. In addition, the test platform has applied technology.
