The operation of the elbow flowmeter: Pre-operational inspection 1. Check whether the piping, installation and wiring of each transmitter (including differential pressure, pressure and temperature transmitter) are correct. 2. Check all welded connectors, and check whether the threaded connectors are tight and do not leak. 3, check the secondary instrument wiring is correct, and the connection between the transmitter is correct, focus on checking the power connector position. 4. After the above check is correct, switch on the power supply of the secondary instrument. The elbow flow meter is easy to install, wear-resistant and maintenance-free. The elbow sensor as a measuring element can be installed directly on the pipeline using a direct welding method. Once the welding is completed, there are no such headaches as leakage. This is the bend. Tube maintenance-free features. It should be emphasized that the bend tube sensor can be installed by welding. The premise is that the bend tube sensor is insensitive to wear, and the long-term trace wear has little effect on the measurement performance of the bend tube sensor. This is related to the welded orifice plate. There is a fundamental difference.
