[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] The eye is the window of the soul and one of the most important organs of the human body. In the same way, one of the most important components in optoelectronic devices is its "eyes" - photodetectors. Recently, Han Keli, a researcher at the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, used a solution method to prepare a high-sensitivity photodetector based on non-lead perovskite. Related research results were published in The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters.
Photodetectors play an important role in signal processing, communications, and biological imaging. The current high-performance perovskite photodetectors are mostly based on lead-containing perovskites. For example, the research team had previously prepared a super sensitive lead-based perovskite photodetector (Advanced Materials). However, the lead contained in the heavy metal element will cause harm to the environment and humans, limiting its commercial application. The performance of non-lead perovskite photoelectric detectors reported so far is much lower than that of lead-containing perovskite photodetectors. Therefore, the preparation of high-performance non-lead perovskite photodetectors has become a hot spot in the current study.
Recently, the team successfully synthesized a perovskite single crystal containing niobium. By studying its carrier kinetics, it was found that this single crystal has the advantages of long carrier lifetime, high mobility, and long diffusion length. The use of this material to build a micro-scale photodetector can achieve high efficiency charge collection rate, and can achieve a high sensitivity response (40A/W) under low light, which is a non-lead perovskite photodetector that has been reported so far. The highest value. In addition, the study also found that the photodetector has a rapid response time of less than 1 millisecond, indicating that the Sb-based perovskite is a good photoelectric detection material and has a great advantage in replacing lead-containing perovskites.
The above work was funded by funds from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other key projects.

Vegetable Peeling Machine
The peeling machine is used for abrasive peeling or pre-peeling a variety of root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, radish, beetroot, taro and other vegetables. By use of an infeed chute the raw material is fed to the central transportation auger with brush rollers. The rollers rotates and peels vegetables while the central transportation auger leads the vegetables gentle over the length of the brush rollers and sand rollers. Spirals on the rollers ensures tumbling and prevents the product of slipping through. The speed and hardness of the roller brushes can be adjusted to the needs of your specific raw product.
Produce
