Safety regulations for construction sites on mining projects

        The safe use of electricity in mine engineering includes power supply safety, electrical construction safety, and power safety.
(I) Mine safety power supply regulations 1. The mine should have two loop power lines to supply power. When any circuit is interrupted, the other circuit shall ensure all mine electrical load requirements. Under normal circumstances, such as coal mines using a power supply circuit operation, the circuit must be charged to another backup.
2. The main equipment such as main ventilators and hoists should be supplied directly to the line according to the two circuits and by the transformers.
3. The underground power supply system must have the power supply system design and protection setting verification according to the requirements; all kinds of electrical equipment should be equipped with undervoltage protection, short circuit protection, overload, single phase disconnection, leakage lockout and leakage protection device according to the regulations. As well as the remote control device, it is strictly forbidden to directly ground the neutral point of the underground distribution transformer. It is strictly forbidden to supply power directly to the underground by the transformer or generator directly grounded by the ground neutral point.
4. Temporary power supply works at the construction site must be equipped with a special protective zero line. The protection zero line and the working zero line cannot be connected.
(II) Safety construction points of electrical operation 1. The installation of ground substation must have safety measures and installation and commissioning records; when the substation is running, there must be records of operation, maintenance records, and setting values.
2. The junction box must be used for the intermediate connection of the cable (except for the non-coal mine low-voltage cable); all cables are forbidden to be connected, the insulation package should be in accordance with the requirements, and there should be a safety clearance and casing between the three-phase joints; In accordance with the requirements, the power supply system is equipped with complete facilities and is regularly tested according to regulations.
3. Flame-retardant cables should be used in the underground and listed for the load and place of use; explosion-proof equipment in an explosion-proof environment must have an explosion-proof certificate.
4. No underground electrical maintenance and maintenance of electrical equipment (including cables and wires). When it is necessary to carry out live work, there should be special safety measures and report to the chief engineer for approval.
5. Operation of underground electrical equipment must be carried out by full-time or on-duty electrical personnel. The operation of high-voltage main circuit electrical equipment must be worn with insulated gloves, electrical insulation boots or station insulation fì_t.
(III) Electrical safety 1. The distribution box switch box must meet the requirements of one machine, one gate, one leak and one box, and meet the requirements of "three-level power distribution, two-level protection". The distribution box must be equipped with doors, locks and rainproof equipment.
2. The lighting special circuit must have leakage protection. The handheld lighting in humid environment should be powered by a safe voltage of 36V or less.
3. The line and device meet the safety requirements, the wire is not aging, broken, the line aisle is equipped with protection devices, and the overhead line meets the safety requirements.
4. The electrical device having a gate, and a fuse device matching parameters, suitably installed and does not allow other metallic wires instead of a fuse.
