Second, the qualification requirements of suppliers (a) suppliers must comply with the conditions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law";

2. The bidder must provide the authorization of the equipment manufacturer or distributor for the project (if the manufacturer must provide the product production license);

4, must provide bank credit or 2012 financial audit report;

5, must have similar performance in the past two years, and issued similar performance certification materials (contract or bid notice);
