It is expected that from July 23 at 08:00 to July 24 at 8:00, the southwest of Guangdong, central and western Guangxi, the north of Hainan, the southeast of Yunnan, the southwest of Guizhou, the west and north of the Sichuan Basin, eastern Gansu, and the south-central Shaanxi, Heavy rain or heavy rain in northwestern Hubei, most of Henan, northwestern Anhui, and southwestern Shanxi, among others, in the southeastern and western parts of Guangxi, northwestern Sichuan Basin, northeastern Shaanxi, northwestern Guanzhong, and southwestern Henan. There were heavy rainstorms; the local areas were accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-duration thunderstorms and strong winds.
