Salt spray test chamber nozzle safe use method

Safe use of spray nozzles in salt spray test chambers Salt spray test chambers can produce salt sprays, mainly saturated salt water brines that are sprayed through nozzles under a certain pressure of compressed air.
The salt spray corrosion test chamber nozzle is blown from special glass. When blowing, the nozzle's hole diameter and bending angle must be strictly controlled. Otherwise, salt spray that meets the standard cannot be produced.
Since the nozzle has a small aperture, it is easy to clog. Once it is clogged, or the nozzle's draft tube becomes narrow due to oil contamination, it will not be able to form an ideal salt mist.
So, this is why we ask customers to use deionized water when they are doing salt spray tests.
Since high-pressure air is required to generate salt mist, the compressor compresses the air and brings in the water vapor and oil in the air. If oil-water separation is not performed, oil contamination will adhere to the nozzle wall. Therefore, we require customers to use a compressed water separator. Of course, considering the actual application of the customer, we installed a water separator on the salt spray test box. However, in order to save costs, some manufacturers do not install them for low-price competition, leading to frequent failures in customer applications.
Therefore, when using the salt spray tester, pay attention to:
1, using distilled or deionized water;
2, the compressor to install the water separator.

Graphite Mould

At our factory outlet, we offer a wide range of hot-selling graphite moulds for casting. These moulds are manufactured using high-quality graphite materials, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. Our graphite moulds are designed to withstand high temperatures and provide excellent dimensional accuracy for producing high-quality castings.

Some of our popular graphite moulds for casting include:
