"Technical Regulations on Wind Farm Access to Power Systems" was formally promulgated

Guidance: On December 30, 2011, the national standard GB/T19963-2011 "Technical Regulations on Wind Farm Access Power System" prepared by the China Electric Power Research Institute as the main drafting unit was formally promulgated and will begin on June 1, 2012. Formally implemented. The promulgation and implementation of the standard will promote the healthy and orderly development of wind power in China, and ensure the safety, stability, and reliable power supply of large-scale wind power grids.

In recent years, with the rapid development of wind power, the impact of wind power on the safety and stability of power systems has become more and more prominent. In 2005, China's first wind farm interconnection standard drafted by the Chinese Academy of Electrical Engineering and Technology (GB/Z19963-2005) “wind farm access to electricity The "System Technology Regulations" only put forward some principled technical regulations, moderately reduced the requirements for wind power, and could no longer meet the needs of large-scale wind power development in China.

In order to ensure the reliable connection of wind farms and the safe and stable operation of power systems, the National Standardization Administration issued a revised plan for the “2009 Second National Standard Plan Project” in 2009, requesting the Chinese Academy of Electric Power to take the lead in organizing the national standard Wind Power. The revision of the Technical Regulations on Field Access Power Systems was drafted by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power as the main drafting unit. Longyuan Power Group Co., Ltd., China Southern Power Grid Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., and China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group Corporation jointly participated in the preparation.

In July 2010, the standard completed the standard consultation draft; in November 2010, a review draft was issued; in December 2010, the review draft was completed; in April 2011, the National Electric Power Supervision Standardization Technical Committee voted on the three sessions of the first session. Passed the standard approval draft.

The standard stipulates the technical requirements for newly-built or expanded wind farms connected to the power system through voltage lines of 110 kV and above, and it has modified and improved the active power control, reactive power/voltage control, active power prediction, and wind farm testing of wind farms. Technical terms such as the secondary part of wind farms, and related content of requirements for low voltage ride-through capability of wind farms.
