The second is the low level of technology and equipment.

There is no guarantee of consistency in product quality. Mechanical basic parts are generally batch and mass-produced products, as well as products with many varieties and processing accuracy requirements. Therefore, the production process and equipment thereof require high requirements and investment. In many foreign countries, high-efficiency and high-precision special planes, production lines or flexible lines are used to achieve efficient and automated production.

The third issue is the key manufacturing and testing equipment.

Mechanical universal parts have high requirements for dimensional accuracy consistency, performance reliability, and interchangeability of each part, allowing only a very small number of products to be out of tolerance, and have passed inspections to remove unqualified products from the factory, if not High-precision and high-efficiency equipment can hardly survive and develop in a fierce competition. At present, the key equipment of China's parts and components manufacturing enterprises is mainly dependent on imports. Due to the large wear and tear on equipment, equipment needs to be constantly updated and reconstructed. While imported equipment and spare parts are expensive, if you want to accelerate the pace of development of the industry, you must solve the key equipment problems as soon as possible.

Fourth, the speed of new product development.

China's mechanical parts and components industry lags behind in foreign countries in terms of technological innovation and new product development. In particular, SMEs lack technology and talents, lack funds and necessary equipment, and lack relevant information and technology exchanges, resulting in long-term tracking and At the imitation stage, there are few intellectual property rights of the company. Currently, there is not much research on product development, and there are few independent research and development forces in the company. This is a key issue for the continued development of the industry.
