Features of Copper Wire Recycling Machine
JLF series cable recycling equipment is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables. The machine mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper pellet and plastic pellet.
1.Adopts dry separation equipped with dust collecting system.So the working area will be clean and there will be no pollution surrounding environment.
2.The whole process is controlled by PLC control box with one press on the button it will start or work.Very easy to operate.
3.Easy commissioning.For processing wires in different diameter, just change the screen size and adjust the force of blower and height of baffle in the vibrator.
4.The machine is mounted on one base, convenient to move.
5.At the outlet part we will equip it with small vibrating tables.Copper purity will be double ensured

2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is with large lenth, it will be helpful to cut them to smaller pieces before granulating. 
3. Cable stripper: if customer deal with large size copper wires with multi-strand,it is better to separate its cores and then put them into granulator machine. 
4. Blade sharping machine: After long time operating, blades on the granulator machine need maintiance to get good sharpness.
