On October 23rd, Praxair China and Oak Chemical Yangzhou Co., Ltd. formally signed a long-term industrial gas supply contract and established a new cooperative partnership to supply industrial gas to Oak Chemicals in Jiangsu Yangzhou Chemical Industrial Park. Praxair China will invest in the construction and operation of an air separation plant with an oxygen capacity of 500 tons per day in the Yangzhou Chemical Industrial Park, which is 200 tons/year of ethylene oxide and 30 tons of oxygen chemical Yangzhou Co., Ltd. in the park. 10,000 tons/year epoxy-derived fine chemical new material projects supply oxygen and nitrogen. The device is expected to be put into production in 2014.
