A fully re-equipped lab sieve at Chenwei Corporation contains a full range of screening and fluid bed processing equipment that is readily reconfigured to simulate customer installations for trials using supplied materials. All models of laboratory sieve are quick-clean designs allowing easy access to interior components for rapid inspection, disassembly, screen changes and cleaning. Most notable is the lab's new, full scale, fluid bed processing equipment for drying, cooling and moisturizing of bulk solid materials. The exclusive, circular vibratory design enables entire systems consisting of fluid bed processor, heater/cooler/moisturizer, blower and dust collector, to be self-contained on mobile frames with casters, offering testing flexibility not practical with larger, heavier, rectangular units of equivalent capacity.
There are two Test Sieve for lab,one is standard test sieve,the other is electromagnetic vibration sieve.In comparison,the electromagnetic vibration sieve has mush higher accuracy for particles size distribution test. Up to 600 mesh sieve can be used on it.
Feature
* Lab use for particle size analysis.
* High efficiency and high precision,
* Tight Structure and low noise
* Precise timer function
* Up to 600mesh can be test

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries delivers 30,000 sets of MET turbocharger units
It is reported that MET turbocharger is one of the main products of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery and Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME).
In February of this year, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries achieved a milestone record of delivering 30,000 sets of MET turbocharger units.
The MET turbocharger was developed in 1965 and uses Mitsubishi's proprietary technology to continuously cater to the development needs of engine technology providers.
Currently, the MET turbocharger range includes axial MET-MA/-MB machines (for two-stroke marine propulsion engines) and radial MET-SRC series machines (for four-stroke main engines and generator sets), this year. The two products are delivered in an annual amount of approximately 2,000 sets.
Among them, the axial MET turbocharger has issued a license manufacturing agreement to three major Korean engine manufacturers, which can be used not only with Mitsubishi designed two-stroke engines, but also with Mann and Winterthur. The brand's two-stroke engine is matched and used in the two-stroke marine propulsion engine market with a share of approximately 40%.
In recent years, the delivery of radial turbochargers has also increased year by year, and has become an important product as an axial turbocharger.
With a delivery volume of 30,000 sets in history, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries will continue to provide customers with satisfactory turbocharger products and services.
